Description
Stefanie Rohr will show you a highly effective mix of elements from Vinyasa Power Yoga and classic exercises from functional workouts. This training session she has created will effectively increase your fitness level and strengthen your middle area (core, back and stomach).
You will start with a mobilization routine with Sun Salutations. These salutations will effectively stimulate blood circulation and increase your body temperature. You will then go on to doing a series of dynamic exercises combined with holding and supporting elements that will send stimuli to your deep muscles.
Push yourself as much as possible but please remember that this workout has a lot of room for improvement. By training on a regular basis, you’ll see improvement in no time.
You’ll finish off this strenuous workout with some active stretching. This cool-down session will not only decrease your heart rate but also stretch and relax your stressed muscles.
