Welcome to "Yoga for a Relaxed Back" with Ivan Blanco. Expect a well-rounded yoga class for your neck, shoulders and back. These areas of our body cause us a lot of pain, often due to stress, misalignment, or insufficient movement. This session begins with relaxing breathing exercises, followed by gentle stretching and twists. You will flow into strengthening asanas, which you may hold longer than usual. This will, therefore, give you the chance to release induced emotions.
